Consultation Bookings

• Free consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed consultations without notice may result in limited future availability.

Project Deposits & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit (amount varies per service) may be required to confirm your project.

• Remaining payments are due based on the timeline outlined in your client agreement or invoice.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled project start date.

• Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling Projects

• Clients may reschedule timelines depending on availability. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
